Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass Ökotouristen bewusster reisen
und nicht nur an das eigene Wohl (entgegen der allgemeinen Meinung, man
habe im Urlaub völlige Freiheit, zu tun und lassen, was einem beliebt)
denken, sondern sich respektvoll gegenüber Natur und Kultur vor Ort
verhalten.
VI.4.1.3. Das Öko-Lodge Konzept
Um eine den Prinzipien des Ökotourismus entsprechende Unterkunft zu
errichten, empfiehlt sich der Bau einer sogenannten “Ecolodge”. Eine Öko-
Lodge sollte aus lokalen Materialien erbaut werden, damit sie sich in die
natürliche Umgebung harmonisch einfügt.
