salmon, Central Valley spring-run Chinook salmon, LCR Chinook salmon, Puget Sound<br />

Chinook salmon, Sacramento River winter-run Chinook salmon, Snake River fall-run Chinook<br />

salmon, Snake River spring/summer-run Chinook salmon, UCR spring-run Chinook salmon,<br />

Upper Willamette River Chinook salmon, Columbia River chum salmon, Central California<br />

Coast coho salmon, Southern Oregon/Northern Coastal California coho salmon, California<br />

Central Valley steelhead, Central California Coast steelhead, LCR steelhead, MCR steelhead,<br />

Snake River Basin steelhead, South-Central California coast steelhead, Southern California<br />

steelhead, UCR steelhead, <strong>and</strong> Upper Willamette River steelhead, the environmental baseline for<br />

the action area, the effects of the proposed action, <strong>and</strong> the cumulative effects, it is NMFS’<br />

Opinion that the registration of carbaryl <strong>and</strong> carbofuran, is likely to result in the destruction or<br />

adverse modification of critical habitat of these endangered <strong>and</strong> threatened species (Table 82).<br />

It is NMFS’ Opinion that the registration of carbaryl <strong>and</strong> carbofuran is not likely to result in the<br />

destruction or adverse modification of critical habitat of Ozette Lake sockeye salmon, Snake<br />

River sockeye salmon, Northern California steelhead, Columbia River chum salmon, Hood<br />

Canal summer-run chum salmon, <strong>and</strong> Oregon Coast coho salmon (Table 82).<br />
