uptime of the installed Systems / devices / equipments & Network for
optimum utilization of resources and availability of various services to endusers.
Bidder is required to go through all the terms & conditions of this Tender
document carefully and shall confirm the compliances of all clauses of
tender by submitting Compliance confirmation statement of Tender
document as per Annexure-J.
Bidder must quote basic rates for all the Services as per the format
given under the Schedule of Rates (SOR) section of bid document.
The quoted unit rates of SOR shall be inclusive of all the service
charges, spare parts’ cost, transportation, packing, lodging &
boarding & logistic support and all applicable Taxes & Duties except
Service Tax & Cess thereon.
Service Tax and Cess thereon, if applicable, shall be indicated
separately in the SOR and shall be payable extra at actuals on
submission of documentary evidence/invoice.
Bidder shall also quote on lumpsum basis, including all taxes & duties for
supply of genuine & recommended SMF type batteries of various types of
UPSs, Printer consumables, LAN Cablling items, other optional items and
supply/services for repair of cut of OFC segments as indicated in the SOR
tables ‘I’, ‘J’ & ‘K’. The cost of total quantity as indicated in Tables ‘I’,
‘J’ & ‘K’ of SOR will also be taken into account for cost comparison
purpose.
Bidder shall supply the UPS Batteries, Printer consumables, LAN Cablling
items, other optional items at respective sites as and when required by the
site’s and payment for total cost of the UPS Batteries, Printer
consumables, LAN Cabling items, other optinal items and
supply/services for Repair of cut of OFC segments, if any, will be
released along with subsequent quarterly bill, depending on numbers
of items supplied / replaced / repaired at various locations, certified by
Engineer-In-Charge of sites. Supplied items will be under one year warranty
from date of acceptance by GAIL. The date of change of UPS batteries will
be marked on the UPS.
The rates quoted shall be firm and bidder’s request for changing his quoted
rates after the bidding stage shall be rejected by GAIL. A photocopy of
the SOR with prices blanked off shall be submitted along with the
un-priced bid, failing which GAIL reserves the right to reject the bid.
There shall be no deviation or Option marked in the Priced Bid. (This
shall enable GAIL to check if all the items have been quoted and no
deviation sought before opening of price bid).
GAIL reserves the right to reject any / all the bids without assigning any
reason whatsoever.
