Dear Sir,
We are enclosing the following documents as part of the bid:
1. Power of Attorney of the signatory to the Bidding Document.
2. Notarized copies of Documents showing annual turnover for the last three years such as
Audited Annual Reports, profit and loss account, net worth etc. along with information as
sought in enclosed format F-3A and F-3B.
3. Organisation chart of the bidder and the structure assigned for execution of the work under
this bid.
4. Methodology of execution of work
5. Execution schedule with interlinking of various activities
6. Copy of Bidding Documents along with addendum/corrigendum no (if any) duly signed and
sealed on each page, in token of confirmation that Bid Documents are considered in full while
preparing the bid and in case of award, work will be executed in accordance with the
provisions detailed in Bid Documents.
7. Notarized copy of PF Registration Certificate / Copy of latest PF deposit Challan.
8. Notarized copies of Documentary proof towards the Technical and Financial Bid Evaluation
Criteria specified in Article no. 3 of Instructions to Bidders (Section – II of tender document).
