1. In case any device / services becomes fully / partially down in a
single incidence for more than 6 hours; additional deduction shall be made
for non-performance for subsequent hours @ 5% per hour of the monthly
MSS value of that particular device, subjected to the maximum amount
equivalent to double the monthly value of that device of that site.
1.10.2 For MSS / FMS of less Critical IT infrastructure:
If the contractor fails to meet the Service Level Requirement (SLR) towards
availability of individual / overall IT Infrastructure as mentioned below in
table in any quarter at individual site for less critical desktops / laptops,
associated peripherals and UPS of that location, GAIL may without prejudice
to any other rights or remedy available, deduct from the contractor’s
quarterly bill at a rate equivalent to as follow:
