1. In case any device / services becomes fully / partial down in a single
incidence for more than 4 hours; additional deduction shall be made for
non-performance for subsequent hours @ 5% per hour of the monthly
MSS value of that particular device, subjected to the maximum amount
equivalent to double the monthly value of that device of that site.
