The technical resource will be responsible for administration of local area network,<br />

management and configuration of hardware and software related to LAN & WAN<br />

administration, maintaining LAN & WAN diagrams and monitoring of LAN & WAN<br />

utilization, monitoring utilization of ISDN PRI and BRI lines and leased lines. Expertise<br />

in operation of the Video Conferencing system shall be preferred.<br />

This resource would be responsible for Helpdesk services such as logging complaints<br />

of the users, assigning severity to each call, allocating the call to the concerned<br />

technical resource and tracking each call to its resolution. Analyze call statistics and<br />

ensuring that all calls are attended satisfactorily and within the time limit specify in the<br />

service level agreement. The Helpdesk coordinator would also be responsible for<br />

vendor management and tracking of hardware/software maintenance contracts with<br />

various vendors.<br />

The technical resource will be responsible for hardware support to all desktop of<br />

respective location as per scope of work<br />

MCA / B.E. / B.Tech In Computer Science / Computer<br />

Engineering / Information Technology / E&T from Govt. recognized<br />

Institute with CCNA / CCNP certification. Knowledge operation of<br />

network management software along with strong skills in<br />

managing Enterasys, Cabletron, Cisco switches and CISCO<br />

routers. Minimum Two years in line experience as an administrator<br />

with strong skills in Networking (switching and routing) and<br />

working knowledge of leased line, ISDN etc..<br />

Graduate with diploma in Computer applications from reputed<br />

institute, having good knowledge of MS Office package and should<br />

have excellent communication skills. The resource should have<br />

minimum two years of experience as helpdesk coordinator and<br />

should have working knowledge of CA based Helpdesk system.<br />

Degree / Diploma (three years) / BCA in Electronics / Computer<br />

Engineering/ E&T / IT from Govt. recognized institutes, having<br />

minimum two years in line experience.<br />

8th pass with working knowledge of Computer Hardware
