Introduction
• This journal is published by Taibah University in educational fields and humanities semiannually.
It accepts theoretical as well as practical researches and studies. It also publishes dissertations
and theses abstracts, books reviews, conferences and symposiums recommendations, and
articles reviews, All correspondences to be sent to:

• Researches will not be published unless they are arbitrated (judged).
• The research must not be published before, or submitted to be published elsewhere. If it is
accepted to be published in our Journal, it will not be published elsewhere Except after a written
permission from the editor.
Submission for Publication:
• All materials must consist of the one original and two copies typed on a CD using M.S. word, on a
1.5 distance single faced sheet of paper, leaving 2.5 cm margin in the sides, and a 5cm margin in
the top of the page, each page, table, and figure must be numbered serially.
• Pages must not b more than 40 including bibliography and references pages.
Writing
• The research must be written as follows:
1. Research title must be short and indicative of the content of the subject.
2. Writer(s).
3. Writer(s) address.
4. Abstract
5. The text must e divided into determined subtitles according to the methods of the research (
for example, the main text, the theoretical frame, research procedures, result findings,
discussions, recommendations, references, and appendices)
• There must be two Abstracts for each research, one in Arabic and the second is in English which
follow the international rules provided that they do not exceed 200 words, and must be separate.
• Using the metric system and codified abbreviations.
• The documentation must be in one of the following two methods:
o In the text system: (name, date, page):
• If It was a one writer reference, the writers last name is written first followed by date of
publishing, then the pages, like (alzahhar, 1423, 28), but if the reference was by two
writers we write the last names of both like ( Raddadi and Mansi, 1425,12), but if the
reference contained more than three writers, the last name of the first writer is written
first then et, al, for example (Edward, et, al, 1992,3-9).
o Footnote (final footnotes) are written as follows:
• Write the number of the footnote in the text, after the given information.
• Footnotes numbers are written above the intended line.
• Footnotes must be numbered serially.
• Footnotes page(s) must come before references page(s).
References
• References are written at the end of the research in separate pages alphabetically ordered.
Arabic references come first, then non-Arabic ones follow.
• If the reference was for a single author, the last name comes first , then the first name then
the middle name, but if the reference has more than one author , we add the other
authors names using the same method, as shown below:
- Abu-Ghararah, A. H. (1998): Teaching English as a foreign Language, procedures,
Techniques and Activities. Riyadh, Tawbah Library.
• If the reference was a research or an article in a periodical, we write it as follows:
Writers' name (year of publication): "research or article title" periodical's title (number),
then pages, for example:
Krashner, R. (1999) "The Role of school based Research in Helping Teachers to
Extend their Understanding of Children Learning and Motivation", Journal In-
Service Education, 25(3).
Note: The reference must be written in different fonts from other references or it must be
underlined.
• We follow the same methods mentioned above and we add the date of browsing from the
internet followed by the web title and page, for example:

Tables and Figures
• Tables and figures are numbered serially according to its place in the text, each has its own
title above and its source below.
Language revision
• The researcher submits his research after it is revised by language specialist.
Each researcher gets 30 copies of his/her research free.
