It is designed to serve the local district with a population of around 80,000persons at its full occupation. <strong>The</strong>re are also further opportunities to serve thepotential future development at Yau Tong Bay, the existing industrial area, touristattraction at Lei Yue Mun in the vicinity and a larger catchment from beyondthrough the MTR network.
