Over reliance on the system would also cause inconvenienceto end-users. An example is that one building design relied only on centralintelligent control system and occupancy sensors without providing local lightingswitches. It drew quite a number of complaints before the central system could befine-tuned to suit each zone. End-users would usually appreciate the auto controlof the lighting system, however, they also prefer certain degrees of self-control onthe lighting on-off.533
