CONCLUSION“Transforming Our Community Heritage” shows success in professionalsschools-government-communitypartnership in providing schools into an inspiringenvironment full of learning capacity and creativity. <strong>The</strong> programme responds tothe needs for further support for the promotion of ESD on heritage conservation. Ithas established an “ESD Network” for school sector to conduct collaboratingactivities with the education sectors and professionals. <strong>The</strong> outcomes will enhanceinvaluable foundation to support the promotion of ESD on heritage conservationand help contributing to the process to move Hong Kong towards a moresustainable city.666
