In addition, they are allowed to participate in restrictedtender exercises so as to acquire alternative non-domestic premises in other publichousing estates to continue their business. A three-month rent-free period in thenewly acquired premise is also granted. For those who relinquish theiropportunities to take part in the restricted tender exercises, a lump sum payment inlieu is paid.372
