At every age this relation has held a keyposition in formulating and implementing policies as wide ranging as nationalexpansion, establishing new frontiers, or increasing cultural and commercialcommunications between different regions. At the present time, this dualrelationship again holds one of the keys to the critical issue in continuousprosperity of the cities; SUSTAINABILITY.This is especially true in the case of extremely dense urban developments such asHong Kong.
