Theme B: Creating a livable, healthy and environmentally viable citiesfollowing aspects, such as energy saving, water saving and retention, greening, theenergy and resource consumption, waste reduction, indoor quality and ecologicalenvironment protection. By the end of 2006, 33 projects were completed and madesignificant contributions to the ecological environment.
