Such preparation should also bedone before building occupation.Based on the defined duration, scope and programme of the POE exercise, theresource requirements could be better planned and established.b) During POE exerciseThe new guideline provides more detailed description on the tasks of the threePOE teams to facilitate team members to accomplish their tasks.
