The project’s grounds include the lobby, known<br />
as Lanai Coves, as well as a two-story building<br />
that houses the resort’s restaurant, café, bar, and<br />
lounge (Lanai, Hom, and Boho). This building is<br />
connected to the swimming pool and the seaside<br />
restaurant, Fish House, as well as the beach bar,<br />
Shades. All of these amenities are conveniently<br />
located along the same central axis. The layout<br />
design allows for spaces on both the right and<br />
left sides of the property to accommodate all 138<br />
units of the resort. The beachfront unit is a onebedroom<br />
oceanfront pool villa spanning 224 square<br />
meters and offering an unobstructed view of the<br />
beach. Not too far away sits the 628-square-meter,<br />

This villa boasts a private pool and offers full access<br />
to the beach. There are eight one-bedroom<br />
garden pool villas, each measuring 171 square<br />
meters, situated further away from the beach.<br />
Additionally, there is a cluster of six three-story<br />
buildings that accommodate a total of 117 units.<br />
These units range in size from 58 square meters<br />
for standard rooms to 117 square meters for suites,<br />
with the latter specifically designed with pool<br />
access. The spa, Pimãanda, the fitness center,<br />
Power Room, and the kid’s club, Junio, are all<br />
situated in separate buildings, each offering its<br />
own distinct space and private atmosphere.
