• i cereali integrali non sono indispensabili; oltre che non essere gradevoli; sono solo<br />
necessari in alcuni casi, come la presenza di diverticolite.<br />
• non risolve il problema l’introduzione nella alimentazione di prodotti arricchiti di fibre,<br />
che nonostante le allettanti etichette ne contengono solo piccole quantità e richiedono forti<br />
quantità del prodotto. Questa soluzione inoltre aggira il problema senza risolverlo.<br />
• Se non ci sono problemi di stitichezza o particolari malattie, si può evitare anche<br />
l’integrazione dell’alimentazione con prodotti del commercio a base di fibre e cercare<br />
piuttosto di correggere la dieta.<br />
