• Usa con moderazione (e per i cibi animali in piccole porzioni) pesce, pollame, latte e<br />

latticini scremati,albume di uovo sodo,farine semiraffinate, verdure appena cotte ( a vapore),<br />

olio crudo, meglio di oliva, in piccole quantità.<br />

• Preferisci cibi crudi. Se non è possibile evitare la cottura, preferire la bollitura o il vapore<br />

oppure, solo occasionalmente, la griglia.<br />

• Evita l’uso di zucchero, specie raffinato.<br />

• Sono sconsigliati gli alcolici; sono permessi al massimo 2 drinks per l’uomo e 1 per la<br />

donna, al giorno<br />

• Limita il più possibile i cibi salati e l’uso del sale a tavola o per la cottura dei cibi.<br />

• Evita i cibi molto conservati e possibilmente inquinati con microtossine o conservati con<br />

nitriti (vedi etichetta!). In ogni caso è opportuna l’accurata conservazione dei cibi.<br />

• Non fumare e non masticare tabacco.<br />
