Abstract<br />

The language pragmatic reading supported the true unveilment agreed on the responsive<br />

dialogue established during a school historical survey, in Campo Mourão, PR, in 1999. This<br />

initiative ma<strong>de</strong> possible to verify what’s the responsibility party of the language in the<br />

constitution and institutionalization of a <strong>de</strong>termined discoursive framework of historical<br />

facts that put out the existence of “Escolinha do Povo” for around 35 years, as well as the<br />

institutionalization of an ex-headmanagers list which doesn´t correspond to the <strong>em</strong>piric<br />

facts. Through the analysis of formal and discourse mechanisms registered administrative<br />

acts, in official and extra-official written registers brought the coexistent historical pictures<br />

back but differentiated. They are engen<strong>de</strong>red by the speech acts that, in specific<br />

circunstances, built meanings, throught the dialogue that are accepted as true, perpetuating<br />

th<strong>em</strong> in successive reiterations along the years. The data analysis showed that these<br />

frameworks constitution are more connected to the <strong>de</strong>cisions of the competent authority in<br />

the <strong>em</strong>ission of a stat<strong>em</strong>ent than to the historical circunstance portrait.<br />
