Logistics Information <strong>Management</strong> System<br />
(LIMS) Mobile (E732)<br />
This course provides participants with the necessary<br />
database skills to effectively complete required<br />
property accountability transactions using the LIMS<br />
Mobile system.<br />
Selection Criteria: All Accountable Property Officers,<br />
Custodial Officers, and personnel who handle and/<br />
or manage Agency property who have not previously<br />
attended the LIMS III course. Attendance selections<br />
will be based on meeting the Agency’s accountable<br />
property mission.<br />
Prerequisites:<br />
Required: E722, Logistics Information <strong>Management</strong> System<br />
(LIMS).<br />
<strong>Course</strong> Length: 1 day<br />
Logistics Section Chief (E/L733)<br />
This course is designed to prepare participants<br />
to serve as a Logistics Section Chief in a complex<br />
incident.<br />
Selection Criteria: Type III Logistics Section Chiefs,<br />
<strong>Federal</strong> Coordinating Officers, and Regional or<br />
National Regional Response Coordination Center/<br />
National Response Coordination Center (RRCC/<br />
NRCC) Section Chiefs.<br />
Prerequisites:<br />
Required: E660, Incident Support Base Operations.<br />
<strong>Course</strong> Length: 4 days<br />
DHS/FEMA Individuals and Households<br />
Program (IHP), Grants, and Financial<br />
Closeout (E758)<br />
This training course is primarily for FEMA Regional<br />
office employees, and Joint Field Office (JFO)<br />
personnel, Disaster Finance Center (DFC), and the<br />
National Processing Service Centers (NPSCs) who<br />
have the responsibility of managing, monitoring,<br />

and/or closing out IHP Housing and Other Needs<br />
Assistance (ONA) Provisions.<br />
The goal of this course is to introduce participants<br />
to the newly developed policies and procedures<br />
for managing, monitoring, and closing out IHP<br />
Housing and ONA Provisions, and to assist participants<br />
in developing strategies that will assist them in<br />
carrying out these responsibilities.<br />
Selection Criteria: The participants will be primarily<br />
FEMA personnel, including:<br />
• Individual Assistance (IA) Group Supervisors<br />
• Disaster Recovery and Operations Specialists<br />
• <strong>Emergency</strong> <strong>Management</strong> Program Specialists<br />
• IA Branch Directors<br />
DHS/FEMA Individuals and Households<br />
Program (IHP), Grants, and Financial<br />
Closeout Train-the-Trainer (TTT) (E/L759)<br />
The goal of this course is to train future instructors<br />
to deliver the E758, DHS/FEMA Individuals and<br />
Households Program (IHP), Grants, and Financial Closeout,<br />
course. The E758 course introduces participants to<br />
the newly developed policies and procedures for<br />
managing, monitoring, and closing out Individual<br />
and Households Program and Other Needs<br />
Assistance (ONA) Provisions; and to help participants<br />
develop strategies that will facilitate carrying<br />
out these responsibilities. Personnel attending this<br />
course understand they may be deployed to serve as<br />
instructors for the E758 course in the future.<br />
Selection Criteria: Participant must have experience<br />
working in the areas of Individual Assistance<br />
Financial <strong>Management</strong> or Grants <strong>Management</strong>.<br />
