o guarantee reference number (GRN),
o principal,
o amount of guarantee,
o whether the guarantee is not blocked.
- Where the goods are released for transit regime the guarantee reference number (GRN) of guarantee in
the form of cash deposit shall be blocked for further use.
- Where the guarantee in the form of cash deposit can be used only for one transit operation and after that
it will be returned to the principal, this guarantee reference number (GRN) shall not be further used.
- Where the guarantee in the form of cash deposit can be repetitively used for successive transit
operations, this guarantee reference number (GRN) shall be blocked for further used until the discharge
of transit regime. Where this transit regime is discharged by the customs office of departure, the
guarantee reference number (GRN) shall be unblocked and it shall be further used.
4.2.1.2 Individual guarantee in the form of single guarantee undertaking
- The individual guarantee in the form of single guarantee undertaking shall be registered with a guarantee
reference number (GRN) when the customs office of guarantee of Macedonian customs administration:
o approves the guarantor to act as a guarantor for transit regime,
o accepts the individual guarantee in the form of single guarantee undertaking.
- The individual guarantee in the form of single guarantee undertaking shall be used for only one transit
operation.
- Only in specific case and based on the decision of Macedonian customs administration the individual
guarantee in the form of single guarantee undertaking shall be used for repetitive use, i.e. for successive
transit operations.
- Where the customs office of guarantee of Macedonian customs administration accepts the individual
guarantee in the form of single guarantee undertaking and this individual guarantee in the form of single
guarantee undertaking is registered with a guarantee reference number (GRN), the customs office of
guarantee shall issue:
o decision on approval of the guarantor to act as a guarantor for transit regime,
o decision on acceptance of individual guarantee in the form of single guarantee undertaking (GRN),
o access code (PIN) to be used by a principal for authorised use of guarantee.
- Where the guarantee reference number (GRN) is used by a principal in his transit declaration and before
the acceptance of this declaration, at least the following data shall be checked:
o guarantee reference number (GRN),
o access code (PIN),
o principal,
o amount of guarantee,
o goods listed in the individual guarantee in the form of single guarantee undertaking,
o whether the guarantee is not blocked.
- Where the goods are released for transit regime the guarantee reference number (GRN) of individual
guarantee in the form of single guarantee undertaking shall be blocked for further use.
- Only in specific case and based on the decision of Macedonian customs administration where the
individual guarantee in the form of single guarantee undertaking can be repetitively used for successive
transit operations, this guarantee reference number (GRN) shall be blocked for further used until the
