click the Set Up tab on the Welcome window.

1. Use the Data Input Mode drop-down list to select Manual,
Reader, or File.
SET UP WINDOW (WITH MANUAL MODE SELECTED)
2. Select the correct MicroStation reader. Molecular Devices or
Bio-Tek.
