Sets the "cut of frequency shift" value for the Cosine filter type.
Parameters:

Range: -1 to 1
Increment: 0.01

Example: BB:IMP:FILT:PAR:COS:COFS 0.04
the "cut of frequency shift” value is set to 0.04.
