Inadequate support to educational Institutions PES activities, this has resulted into a number<br />

<strong>of</strong> activities being put on halt;<br />

Private schools especially in the central regions have not taken the kick­start orientation<br />

programme seriously;<br />

Inadequate support to National <strong>Sports</strong> Teams for international engagement;<br />

Limited number <strong>of</strong> staff in PES department to implement all the PES activities;<br />

Low attendance at PES programmes by stake holders including mobilizers at local levels due<br />

to monetory expectations;<br />

Procurement process delays purchases hence implementation processes.<br />
