Crossblade louvre – direct distribution<br />

Single or continuous, surface or<br />

suspended low profile luminaire. A<br />

wide variety of louvre options are<br />

available including continuous louvre<br />

appearance versions. Direct or<br />

direct/indirect lighting distributions<br />

are available.<br />

Special Fe<strong>at</strong>ures<br />

Due to the constant luminaire crosssection,<br />

various combin<strong>at</strong>ions of single<br />

and twin lamp luminaires with T5 and<br />

T8 lamps are possible. Due to the<br />

consistent housing dimensions the<br />

louvres are exchangeable even when<br />

with different lamps are used (e.g. T5,<br />

T8). The variable angle jointing<br />

connector allows highly flexible two<br />

dimensional lighting configur<strong>at</strong>ions.<br />

Housing<br />

Housing made from white finished<br />

sheet steel (similar to RAL 9010).<br />

Housings for continuous row<br />

mounting are without end pl<strong>at</strong>es to<br />

enable a continual louvre appearance.<br />

The louvres are secured in the frame by<br />

spring c<strong>at</strong>ches. When being<br />

maintained the louvres hang on<br />

earthing safety retaining cords and are<br />

therefore still integr<strong>at</strong>ed into the<br />

earthing safety system.<br />

Electrical<br />

Luminaires wired with 5 pole<br />

(individual luminaires with 3 pole)<br />

terminal block, max. 2,5mm 2 cable.<br />

Standard version supplied with<br />

Switchstart, low-loss or high frequency<br />

electronic gear. The individual<br />

luminaire body end caps are fitted<br />

with knock-outs for wiring entry and<br />

the continuous luminaires can be used<br />

for through wiring. Instabus EIB and<br />

high frequency dimming on request.<br />

Lighting Technology<br />

M<strong>at</strong>t finished aluminium louvre with<br />

s<strong>at</strong>in anodised ribbed cross blades.<br />

Asymmetrical light distribution via<br />

additional reflector for single lamp<br />

luminaires on request.<br />

Recommended Applic<strong>at</strong>ions<br />

Offices or similar environments with<br />

very occasional VDU use or access<br />

areas (e.g. corridors etc.).<br />
