<strong>Siteco</strong> is a successful business with<br />

dealings all over the world. This is<br />

something we are pleased about and<br />

is also beneficial to our customers:<br />

they benefit from our intern<strong>at</strong>ional<br />

know-how and experience which we<br />

g<strong>at</strong>her from the use of our products<br />

all over the world. The quality of a<br />

customer rel<strong>at</strong>ionship is however<br />

recognisable and measurable by<br />

above all the personal <strong>contact</strong> with<br />

each project individually. Or to be<br />

more precise: the manner and<br />

intensity of the cooper<strong>at</strong>ion. Our<br />

regional represent<strong>at</strong>ives analyse and<br />

research your wishes and<br />

requirements together with you, and<br />

this forms the basis of a successful<br />

achievement in luminaires and<br />

lighting solutions.<br />

Additionally we have a Customer<br />

Service Centre, which only has one<br />

goal in mind: the s<strong>at</strong>isfaction of our<br />

customers. You may turn to the<br />

customer service team when placing<br />

an order or if you would like to<br />

discuss delivery times. The technical<br />

support team will assist in lighting<br />

technological m<strong>at</strong>ters. And last but<br />

not least you may <strong>contact</strong> them for<br />

inform<strong>at</strong>ion on our entire range of<br />

products and services. We also try<br />

and ensure direct <strong>contact</strong> with our<br />

customer through events such as<br />

roadshows or n<strong>at</strong>ional and intern<strong>at</strong>ional<br />

exhibitions. Here we propose<br />

new luminaires and lighting<br />

solutions and directly stage an<br />

inform<strong>at</strong>ion and discussion forum.<br />

Also, we are delighted to go and meet<br />

with our customers, as we are to<br />

welcome them to Traunreut – for<br />

example in our light inform<strong>at</strong>ion<br />

centre LIZ, where inform<strong>at</strong>ion events<br />

and seminars take place all year<br />

round. On average 8,000 visitors per<br />

year experience the l<strong>at</strong>est in lighting<br />

technology. So you see, we are<br />

interested in maintaining a good,<br />

lasting and friendly rel<strong>at</strong>ionship with<br />

our customers. In this sense: again,<br />

here’s to good cooper<strong>at</strong>ion.
