Features
Damp proof diffuser luminaires are
the answer for applications
complicated by the presence of high
dampness or dust. Featuring highgrade
plastic housings, robust and
impact resistant diffusers made
from PMMA or PC and special gasket
seals, stainless steel diffuser locks,
ceiling, rail, and chain mounts they
are designed for use in extreme
conditions.

Housing
Housing of glass fibre reinforced
polyester, corrosion resistant, flame
retardant and highly resistant to
aggressive atmospheres. The
diffusers are made from injection
moulded PMMA or PC. The inner
reflector serves also as a gear tray
and is secured to the housing via a
clip-fix method. Housing and
diffuser are completely recyclable.

Electrical
Luminaire wired with 3-pole
terminal block (for SK I), max.
2,5mm 2 cable. Suitable for glanded
entry from ø8,4mm up to ø13,5mm
(PG7 to PG11). Standard version
equipped with high frequency or
low-loss control gear.
Monsun®/Europlex luminaires are
suitable for through wiring within
the Luminaire. Instabus EIB and
dimming gear on request.
Lighting Technology
The Monsun®/Europlex luminaires
are available with injection moulded
prismatic diffusers with direct
distribution or alternatively also
with narrow beam or asymmetric
reflectors.
Recommended Applications
Cellar rooms, damp basements,
garages, industrial assembly areas
and workshops, covered premises
outdoors.
