PRODUCCIÓN DE BIOETANOL A PARTIR DE HARINA DE RAMÓN BROSIMUM ALICASTRUM SW.<br />

utilizando cepas nativas de levaduras, a partir del<br />

pretratamiento de temperatura (T2), se alcanzó un<br />

rendimiento promedio de 190 L de etanol por tonelada de<br />

harina de ramón. La cepa nativa PL1 (Candida tropicalis)<br />

aislada de semillas de ramón superó en un 24% de<br />

rendimiento a la cepa comercial Safoeno utilizada en estudios<br />

previos.<br />
