(1996) reportaron un rango de 3 al 20 % de germinación al<br />
utilizar un medio MS adicionado con 0.2 µM BA y 1.1 µM<br />
AIA. En tanto, Pérez-Hernández y Rosell-García (2008)<br />
reportaron 12.5 % de germinación con el medio anterior.<br />
Mientras que Navarro et al. (1997), reportaron un rango de<br />
13 a 25 % al utilizar un medio a base de sales de MS<br />
adicionado con 11.4 µM AIA y 2.2 µM BA con este mismo<br />
cultivar. Estos resultados sugieren que utilizar una<br />
proporción muy alta de AIA con respecto al de BA afecta la<br />
germinación de los embriones somáticos de este cultivar. Sin<br />
embargo, Youssef et al. (2010) reportaron una tasa de<br />
germinación del 35 % al utilizar un medio a base de sales de<br />
MS adicionado con 1.1 µM de AIA y 0.2 µM de BA, similar<br />
al obtenido en este trabajo<br />

CONCLUSIONES<br />
Por primera vez se reporta un medio de cultivo libre de<br />
reguladores del crecimiento para la fase de maduración; en la<br />
germinación se encontró que es necesario la adición de<br />
reguladores al medio MS de 1.44 µM AIA y 1 µM BA ya que<br />
este tratamiento propició el porcentaje más alto de<br />
germinación (32%).<br />
