OBJECTIFS<br />
• Maîtriser le vocabulaire légal en anglais.<br />
• Acquérir de l'aisance au téléphone dans le maniement<br />
de l'anglais juridique.<br />
• Rédiger des courriers et autres documents juridiques<br />
en anglais.<br />
• Cerner les structures contractuelles de droit anglo-saxon.<br />
APPROCHE PÉDAGOGIQUE<br />
En début de formation, les participants préparent<br />
en commun un lexique des principaux termes employés<br />
en anglais juridique. Des études de cas, des ateliers<br />
de rédaction et une mise en situation téléphonique<br />
permettent aux participants d'acquérir une bonne maîtrise<br />
de l'anglais juridique dans diverses situations de la vie<br />
professionnelle.<br />
PRÉREQUIS<br />
Cette formation nécessite une bonne compréhension<br />
ainsi qu'une aisance orale et écrite en anglais courant.<br />
Les exposés se font en anglais, le vocabulaire légal<br />
est régulièrement traduit ou expliqué.<br />
