Essa questãoé extremamente importante em razão da aparente simplicidade construtiva daArquitetura Moderna, na qual Rino Levi atuava com destaque. Grande parte dospormenores criados por ele estava voltada não apenas para a execução da obra, mastambém tinha como interesse explícito de propiciar ao usuário condições ambientaisde alta qualidade. Hoje, essa temática adquire extraordinária importância, levando-seem consideração o caráter pioneiro que essas soluções apresentam e, em especial, aépoca em que foram feitas. Como o edifício em estudo ainda existe, é possível verificarin loco os pormenores construtivos. O objetivo, neste trabalho, é estudar relaçõesentre detalhes construtivos e conforto ambiental, e identificar nos pormenores construtivosdo edifício Instituto Superior Sedes Sapientiae, características relacionadas àqualidade do conforto ambiental. São identificados e estudados pormenorizadamentedesenhos técnicos de arquitetura e correspondentes memoriais. Visitas à obra permitemverificar as soluções indicadas e seu estado de manutenção e conservação. Osresultados são apresentados em forma de documentação iconográfica e relatórios correspondentesreferentes a essas visitas.Palavras-chave: Arquitetura moderna. Conforto ambiental. Rino Levi.AbstractOne of typical characteristics of the Architect Rino Levi is the special attention tothe working details, many of them designed by himself. It is very important, consideringthe apparent simplicity in system construction of the Modern Movement’sArchitecture, in witch Architect Levi acted energetically. A lot of details designedby himself were created not only to resolve a construction problem but were createdwith the explicit interest of propitiating high quality environmental conditions. Inactuality this thematic assumes a great importance considering the pioneer characterpresented by these solutions, especially considering the period in with where done.How the building object of this study yet remains, it is possible to verify in locco theconditions provided by the working details. In this research, the objective is investigaterelations between working details end Environmental Comfort, and identifyin the working details of Instituto Superior Sedes Sapientiae building, characteristicsoriented to the questions of Environmental Comfort quality. Architecture’s technicaldrawings and the corresponding descriptive papers are circumstantially identifiedand studied. Inspections to the building allow verifying the indicated solutions andreal state of maintenance and conservation.
