• SLL CR: Credit given for amount of previous
development at the site: a previously
developed infill site (6 points), an adjacent
site that is previously developed (3 points),
an adjacent site not previously developed
(1 point). Additionally, street centerline
density is used a proxy for urbanness: 40
centerline mi/sq mi and greater (4 points),
30-39 (3 points), 20-29 (2 points), 10-19
(1 point).
• Best to worst locations: (1,0) In a neighborhood
center, (2,0) within 15 minutes (by transit or
bicycle) of a neighborhood center, (3,0) within
30 minutes (by transit or bicycle) of a neighborhood
center, or (6,0) distant from a neighborhood
center. Weight: 9.0%
