C4.3.4.3.2. The owner of storm water discharges generated by the above activities
shall apply for the wastewater discharge permit and submit a Technical Report on storm water
via the Italian Base Commander (see Chapter 1 for process). The Competent Authority shall set
the volume of storm water to be treated prior discharge (at least first flush).
