C4.3.4.3.2. The owner of storm water discharges generated by the above activities<br />

shall apply for the wastewater discharge permit and submit a Technical Report on storm water<br />

via the Italian Base Commander (see Chapter 1 for process). The Competent Authority shall set<br />

the volume of storm water to be treated prior discharge (at least first flush).<br />
