C14.3.1.1.2. The label shall be accompanied by operating instructions specific to<br />

C14.3.1.1.3.5. In case of abnormal functioning, consult the manufacturer.<br />

C14.3.1.1.3.6. In case of spills of liquid containing PCBs call: ______<br />

C14.3.1.1.3.8. Opening of the item is prohibited except by authorized persons.<br />

C14.3.1.1.4. If the item contains fluids with PCB concentrations of 50 to 500 ppm,<br />

the label shall also state: “PCB contamination lower than 500 ppm.”<br />

C14.3.1.1.5. All decontaminated transformers should have a label that contains the<br />
