Thz FEVS is credited in combination with an AOL control to have the dock doors<br />

closed during all operations conducted in Room 170 exuceut for rc'ceiving and<br />

shiauiiig ooemions. It is intcnded that containers (otber than SKM Tvpc E<br />

shiapinp conkiiners) will be immediatek swed in Room 170 at receipt until he<br />

dock doors are closed. Follouine door <strong>closure</strong>. containers are moved to stowe<br />

locations. Also. it is assumed that containers (other than SNM Tvpe B shiDpinq<br />

containers) will be stared in Room 170 in preparation for shipping prior to thc<br />

dock doors being opened for placement on the msport vehicle.<br />

LCO 3.2 The RUlLDTNG 991 COMPLEX Filtered Exhaust Ventilation Svsteins Shall Be<br />

OPERABLE.<br />

For the FEVS to be OPEIIWBLE. the system must maintain a negative prcssurc in<br />

the areas where container ouerations. other than receipt and shipment, ari:<br />

conducted. A neeative pressure differential in the inlet portion <strong>of</strong> the<br />

Building 991 plenum indicates that an FEVS fan is operating -4 negatrw<br />

differential uressure across the Buildinp 991 ulenum indicates that KEPA filters<br />

are Drovidina resistance to flow and are mesent If an FEVS h is operating and<br />

the FEVS ductwork is relativelv intact, the north container scoraxe:'staqina areas<br />

and the Bidding 996 connected area will be at a negative pressure relative to ;111<br />

{Room 300 and Comdor A). and Building 996 (Builditlo 996 arid Comdor B))<br />
