• Keep your wrists straight (don ’ t let them droop) as you hold the<br />

controller.<br />

• Sit comfortably in a chair with good back support.<br />

• Stretch every 20 minutes to give your head, neck and shoulders muscles<br />

a break.<br />

• Tap each finger with the thumb of the<br />

same hand. Repeat five times.<br />

• Alternate tapping your palm and the back of your hand against your<br />

thigh as quickly as you can. Repeat 20 times.<br />

• Open your hands and spread fingers as far apart as possible. Hold for<br />

10 seconds. Repeat eight times.
