Mezcla maestra (master mix)
La extracción de ADN se llevó a cabo por separado y, antes de preparar la
mezcla maestra, los primers y el ADN se mezclaron en volumen proporcional,
ajustando finalmente con agua, para tener un volumen final de 25 L.
