5.4.1. <strong>Sistema</strong> para Ayuntamientos y Distritos <strong>Municipal</strong>es pequeños<br />
Se consi<strong>de</strong>ra que un Ayuntamiento es pequeño si cumple con los siguientes<br />
requerimientos:<br />
Hasta 50000 habitantes<br />
Hasta 250 empleados administrativos<br />
Para estos Ayuntamientos y Distritos (alre<strong>de</strong>dor <strong>de</strong> 258), se <strong>de</strong>be <strong>de</strong>sarrollar un<br />
sistema con las siguientes características:<br />
Sin servidor <strong>de</strong>dicado<br />
Hasta 4 puestos <strong>de</strong> trabajo<br />
Base <strong>de</strong> datos shareware o thin (Paradox, MySQL, etc.)<br />
Lenguaje <strong>de</strong> programación: Delphi, Java o similar<br />
Puestos <strong>de</strong> trabajo con Windows 2000 o XP<br />
Página web integrada al <strong>de</strong>sarrollo, con parametrización por Ayuntamiento<br />
No necesita tener personal propio <strong>de</strong> sistemas
