The Structure Plan review will be addressing the land use
demands of tourism and in developing policies in this regard

development principles in the formulation of specific policies.
This element was not given much importance in the first
Structure Plan.
The Ministry of Tourism is also planning to carry out a
Tourism Development Plan and it is envisaged to give
sustainable tourism development principles a greater
weighting than the first tourism plan of 1988.
Slovénie Only high quality tourism services could be efficient since the
philosophy of sustainabilities has been introduced.
The problem is to avoid industries or factories that pollute the
environment too extensive.
Croatie Key points from Agenda 21 are included in national plan (The
strategy of Croatian tourism, Tourism master plan of Croatia)
and on local level through the new local planning documents.
All the 20 Croatian countries are obliged to make a structure
plan with a general idea of DD.

Albanie The new Strategy for the Development of Tourism, approved
by the Council of Ministers, Resolution NR. 90, 1993, stresses
that tourism in the Albanian coastal area will be organised in
the form of medium, high and elite types.
Mass tourism will not be promoted.
Another important aspect of the strategy is the development of
