It was Peter Kiatainaq’s fifth time winning the Ivakkak trophy.
A feast for the whole community followed the presentation of
awards. Nunavimmiut are proud of all who participated in the
race as well as the volunteers and organizing committee that
made the race another grand success. Thanks were extended to
the organizations that provided prizes and other major support,
including: Makivik Corporation, the FCNQ, First Air, Air Inuit, the
Dorval Airport Travelodge, KMHB, Nunavik Creations, and the
people of Puvirnituq, Akulivik and Salluit.
Il s’agissait d’une cinquième victoire pour Peter Kiatainaq.
Toute la communauté était conviée au festin qui a suivi la remise
des prix. Les Nunavimmiut sont fiers de tous les participants, bénévoles
et organisateurs qui assurent le succès de cette course. Nous
tenons à remercier nos généreux commanditaires, notamment :
