helyünkön. A kis számú, sekély objektum
területünk délkeleti részén, a Kő-ér-patak
partján került feltárásra. Jellegzetes díszített
és durvított felületű edénytöredékeik a
kultúra kifejlett fázisát képviselik, de a restaurálás
és feldolgozás előtt egyelőre ennél
többet nem állapíthatunk meg róluk. Ettől
a területtől keletre, mintegy kétszáz méternyire,
egy kis területi hiátussal tártuk fel
a tűzdelt barázdás kerámiához kronológiailag
közvetlenül kapcsolódó protobolerázi
időszak objektumait. Ezek már a Balatoni
úttól közvetlenül nyugatra, de szintén a
patak közelében feküdtek. A szokásos gazdag
hulladékgödrök mellett feltártunk egy
többszörösen megújított külső kemencét
is ebből a korból, amely egy nagyobb gödörkomplexum
legalján épült. A mészbetéttel
kiemelt, kimetszett díszek és a kevés
tűzdelt barázdás technikájú edény alapján
a kis teleprészlet a protobolerázi fázis korai
szakaszához tartozhat. (KALICZ 1991;
KALICZ 2001; HORVÁTH 1991; HOR-
VÁTH 1993; HORVÁTH 2001) Mindezek
alapján lelőhelyünkön a tűzdelt barázdás
és a protobolerázi fázis telepei között tel-

pits) even though they displayed minor
morphological divergences (Fig. 7). Neither
pits used in daily life nor dwellings
could be found in the area enclosed by
the ditch. The settlement features of the
period lay southeast of a church from
the Árpádian Period on a relatively small
surface. It should be added that there were
cultic pits from the Middle Copper Age in
this region as well and similar ones were
also uncovered in the southeastern corner
of the excavation territory hundreds of
metres to the southeast. The distribution
of the contemporary features cannot
yet be interpreted at the present stage of
analysis. It is of extreme importance that
there were features among the cultic pits
within the ditch that contained the fi nds
of archaeological cultures contemporary
to the Ludanice culture but living outside
the Carpathian Basin. This signifi cantly
increases the importance of the territory
enclosed by the ditch. We do not know
any analogue to the feature complex from
other contemporary cultures of the Car-
