RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR
TO EXECUTE A DISCHARGE OF MORTGAGE AFFECTING
74A ATLANTIC STREET AIA BLOCK 1960, LOT W.62
offered and moved adoption. of the following
WHEREAS, on December 19, 2000, David & Kelly Daniels (Borrowers) executed a mortgage in
favor of the City of Jersey City (City) to secure the City's loan to them in the amount of $6,000.00
made under the HORP Program; and
WHEREAS, the loan was made for the purose of makg home improvements for a low or
moderate income family and it self-amortizes over five (5) years provided the homeowners reside
in the propert and do Qot sell the propert; and
WHREAS, the mortgage afects propert known as 74A Atlantic Street, Jersey City, also known
as Lot W.62 in Block 1960; and
. WHEREAS, five (5) years have passed since the loan was made and theCity is obligated to execute
. a Discharge of Mortgage to remove the mortgage from the public record.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Business Administrator is authorized to
execute a Discharge of the Mortage of David and Kelly Daniels dated December 19, 2000 in thé
sum of$6,000.00 afecting 74A Atlantic Street, Jersey City, also known as Lot W.62 in Block 1960.
