6. Purchases
C) The City may send a representative to evaluate the performance of the
Subgrantee under this contract anytime. The Subgrantee agrees to cooperate
with any and all evaluations and to provide the City with any inormation,
reports or data required.
A) All purchases and contracts in the amount of $500.00 or more must be
evidenced by three quotations which should be maintained on fie in the
Subgrantee's office.
B) All purchases of equipment must receive wrtten approval from the City prior
to makng the actual purchase.
C) Contracts for consultants or professional services must be approved by the
City prior to obtainig the services.
D) Over- expenditues, with any line item (s) in the budget (s), will be denied.
E) The Subgrantee must have a wrtten letter of approval from the City prior to
any modifications.
7. Compliance Regarding audits and Inspections
At anytime durg the normal business hours, and as often as the City may deem
necessar, there shall be made available to the City, all of the Subgrantee's records
with respect to all matters covered by this Agreement The Subgrantee will permt
the City to audit, examine and make excerpts or transcripts.
Effective ths fiscal years beginng on or after July 1, 1996, the following audit
requirements are applicable:
A) A single audit is required if the sub grantee receives at least
$300,000.00 in awards from any grant source though. the City of
Jersey City durg their fiscal year, beging after June 30, 1996.
This report is to be submitted withi nie (9) months of the end of
the period audited.
