Good morning Jennifer, Kristie Ann and Rolando:

Please be advised; I spoke to a representative from New Jersey Department of
of Public Contracts Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance at 609-984-4829. The Division's
representative indicated that the State of New Jersey has no record of the New Jersey City University
(Federal ID Number - 22-2830882 or 22-2836882) fiing the "Affrmative Action Employee Information
Report in February of 2007 or the payment
of the applicable filing fee. He also indicated that the
University is not exempt from following this process.
Please contact the University's Human Resource Department and advise them of the above listed
information.
The University needs to immediately file a new 2009 Affrmative Action Employee Information Report
with the State of New Jersey and pay the $150 filing fee to receive the Certificate of Information
Report.
Finally, because time is of the essence and this action or inaction wil prevent all the other 2010'
Municipal Allance Grant subcontractors from receiving their executed contracts or be allowed to
implement their programs on January 1, 2010, I would strongly suggest that your HR representative
contact the Division by phone at 609-984-4829 and fax the 2009 report to 609-292-1102. The Division
is usually veyhelpful with respect to expediting the process.
