upon the approval of the City. With the exception of the court reporters, Special Counsel shall
notify the City of their engagement of all third-party service providers and obtain authorization
for those services from the City. The Special Counsel will pay all third-party service providers
directly and wil bil the City for those services detailed disbursements included in monthly
