due to be paid to the Office of Emergency Management as a result of the completion of the Emergency
Management Performance Grant requirements.

Management in the City of Jersey City.
4. Anticipated Community Benefis or Assessment of Departmental Need: Safer Communties and
effective emergency preparedness and response.
