RESOLUTION FOR APPROVAL TO SUBMIT A GRANT APPLICATION AND
EXECUTE A GRANT AGREEMENT IDENTIFIED AS MA-ATP-2010-JERSEY CITY-
00004 TO THE NEW JERSEY DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR THE
DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION, DIVISION OF ENGINEERING, TRAFFIC
AND TRANSPORTATION
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and/or Business Administrator, and
Clerk of the City of Jersey City, County of Hudson, State of New Jersey are hereby
authorized to sign the grant agreement on behalf of the City of Jersey City and that
their signature constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions of the grant
agreement and approves the execution of the grant agreement and establish an
account for the grant.
