TITLE: RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
WITH JOHN CURLEY, ESQ. TO REPRESENT THE CITY IN CONDEMNATION
MA TIERS RELATING TO THE ACQUISITION OF PROPERTIES IN CONNECTION
WITH THE RELOCATION OF THE JERSEY CITY DEPA'RTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS
AND THE JERSEY CITY INCINERATOR AUTHORITY
Avenue forthe relocation of the Jersey City Deparhnent of Public Works and the Jersey City
Incinerator Authority
2. This contract shall be subject to the condition that the vendor provides satisfactory
evidence of compliance with the Affirmative Action Amendments to the Law Against
Discrimination, N.I.S.A. 10:5-31 gl seq.
3. The Mayor or Business Admistrator is hereby authorized to execute an agreement in
substantially the form attached subject to such modification as the Corporation Counsel deems
appropriate or necessary.
4. A copy of this resolution wil be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the
City of Jersey City as required by law withn (10) days of the adoption of the resolution.
