ARTICLE II
Contractual Relationship

have the status of an independent contractor and shall not act as an agent or employee of
City. As an independent contractor, Contractor shall be solely responsible for determining
the means and methods of performing the consulting services described in the Scope of
Services.
2. Contractor shall perform the services to be furnished under this Agreement
with the degree of skil and care that is required by customarily accepted competent
professional practices to assure that all work and services are
