~ESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH THE LAW FIRM OF MILLER & GALDIERI
TO REPRESENT BRIAN O'REILLY IN THE MA TIER OF JOHN
ASTRIAB, ET AL. V. CITY OF'IERSEY CITY, ET AL.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Municipal Council of the City of Jersey
City that:
1. A contract is authorized with Miller and Galdieri to represent Brian O'Reily in
the matter entitled Tohn Astriab, et al. v. City of Jersey City, et al.
2. The agreement shall provide for a fee of One Hundred Twenty-Five ($125.00)
per hour not to exceed Fourteen-Thousand ($14,000) Dollars.
3. A copy of ths resolution shall be published in a newspaper of general
circulation in the City of Jersey City as required by law within (10) days of the adoption
of this resolution.
